✅ Return Eligibility:
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Email your return request to vogueswan20@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, damaged (by customer), or personalized items are not eligible.
- Products returned without original tags/packaging may be rejected.
💸 Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
🔄 Exchange Policy:
- Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
🚚 Return Shipping:
- If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us.
- For other reasons, return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
